Cinemanila-ASEF Film Development Plan (CAFDP)

An initiative of the film festival in Manila and the Asia-Europe Foundation, the CAFDP supports projects of new and independent filmmakers from Asia and Europe in the earliest stages of creation, and fosters cooperation between them. A conference was held in Manila for this purpose. [en]
